Registration for the conference is priced as follows:

The early bird fees are applicable for registrations completed on or before 28 February 2025 20 March 2025. Full price applies to registrations from 21 March to 20 September 2025.
⚠ Important Deadline:
Conference participants who wish to present a paper, either in a workshop or as an individual presentation, must register by Monday, March 31st.
This is essential for us to finalise the conference programme.
Registration fee includes: Coffee breaks, Lunch on the 23rd and the 26th of September, the Conference Reception on the 24th of September at Queens’ College, and a punting experience.
